New Reviewer repeatedly denied they had sent incorrect goods

To begin this saga I SPECIFICALLY (by e-mail) asked to check the product before sending it to ensure it was exactly as pictured on the website. They assured me they would send what was pictured on the website. In due course, I ordered and paid for the goods and they sent me the incorrect items. I spent WEEKS trying to convince them that what they supplied me was incorrect. They refused to admit it. Finally I get the reply below admitting they supplied the incorrect goods but implying that I should be happy with what I got even though it's not what I ordered. I should be happy because these items have a "slightly better" design to the ones I ordered. This was after strenuously denying that there were differences. "Thank you for your email. I understand the differences you are referring to however these do not effect the use of the product therefore are a what we class as a minor differance. Its only the shape of the nozzle and the direction of the top twisting tap which is not the same. Infact these are slightly better in form as you are able to also attach a hose if you needed to (i.e to water the garden etc) as the shape of the output nozzle allows for this. We have sold many of these and have not had any come back as of yet or any complaints. However saying this if you really do not want this item then this is your prerogative and we accept that." Please note that for weeks prior to admitting the differences, they claimed they had supplied the right items even claiming that the differences in what I received from what I ordered was due to the "zoom" of the photograph. "We still believe we sent you the correct goods as advertised on our website. The codes on the products match the code on our website and pictures on our website are not to scale. We matched the picture to the item on our website and shape and placement of parts of the item are exactly as pictured. This simply means that the items picture may have been taken in a zoom making it appear larger or smaller." In spite of their claims that the goods supplied were better than I ordered (they definitely were not), I sent the good back to them. They claim to have never received the items although I returned them a few days later. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I certainly will.

Absolutely no progress. They send me the incorrect goods.

They repeatedly deny that they sent me the wrong goods. I provide overwhelming proof that they sent me the incorrect goods. They admit the goods they sent are not the ones advertised but claim I should be happy with these inferior goods. I send the good back.

They claim to have never received them. Please avoid this company.
